Default I need a Homemade way to remove a pilot bearing.

Got no puller, and it's to late for one.

what other ways do I have to remove it? this thing is jammed in there GOOD. The pressure trick is no good, because I already blew out the seals.

Okay, you'll love this one.

You take cotton ***** and soak them in ice cold water. Then take one cotton ball at a time, and shove them into the center hole of the bearing. Fill it up with soggy cotton *****. When it is full, keep shoving them in there, really pack them in. Then using a brass drift or punch that just fits in the center hole of the bearing start pounding more and more cotton ***** into the hole. When they compress, add more and pound them in. At some point, you'll build up enough pressure behind the bearing, to force it out.

Craig

You can use little bits of T-shirts too.

I'm poor. I've never even seen a BMW.

Not in the same way.

I thought you were retarded or something that you couldn't get it out. I did talk to one kid that couldn't get his out b/c he didn't take off the flywheel.
