i need drag tires but which ones?

Default i need drag tires but which ones?
I need traction period . Iam not sure which tire combo to go with i have 17 inch rims and stock 14's just wanted to see what you guys use and what kinda success your gettting with them. thanks

big slicks and light wheels, cant go wrong.

M&H 24 or 24.5" slicks on 13" lensos seems like a winning combo

I was thinking about getting a set of two BFgoodrich drag radials for my stock 14" wheels...

get slicks and mount them on your stock wheels. Don't waste time with drag radials

any car with over 240 whp will vaporize drag radials.

my car didnt hook up for ---- wth drag radials, almost as bad as all seasons.

waste of money

Word. Find some good streets. Any set-up will pull WAY faster times with slicks. No competition. Besides when you race on the street are you on slicks or DRs (normal people)? Not hardly. Hence why I'm finding nice 14inch tires and learning to drive.
