It's like this. My ex ( some of you know her ) is making my life miserable. I cant have my son with me without her asking him who i was with and what we did. That and she holds over my head that if i keep bringing him around my current GF she will limit the time spent with him. I want to see him as much as i can but she enrolls him in classes and YMCA without asking me or thinking how it affects the time i see him. She also asks me to pay for half of the costs of the extracurricular activities. I pay her 500 a month in Child support and I pay for all my sons Benefits. On top of that, she makes more than me. Im not gonna get into how much but we both make enough to make 70-80k combined. I also need to mention that ever since he was born she has included him on her taxes and i have yet to claim him. He was born in 02 and we got married in in 05 and even after the marriage was i able to claim him or head of household. I have been fucked since day one! I'm tired of her ---- and i want to move on. I dont want her to have control over when i can see my son and i guess i need to have the courts help me with this. My plan is to file for custody, divorce before she does. This will be done within the end of this month and she wont know. I have all the e-mails of her bad mouthing me and text messages along with voicemails and various other pieces of evidence.

Im tired of this and i want it to stop.

its ironic how when you have a relationship with a woman and end up having kids its the man thats really getting fucked, even though you don't discover this until later.

ps she can't limit any of your visitation rights if you are paying child support, otherwise you can sue her and get custody.

Divorce sucks *** on kids, I experienced it first hand. Be there for the kid and he'll get through it okay. The thing you have to remember is that even though you may hate her, she is still the mother of your child.

I do what i can for my son whenever and will do so for as long as i live. I pay her money cause i know my son needs things like food, clothes, shelter. The fucked up thing is that i cant be a good father to him if she wont let me be around him when i want. Its been everyother weekend for my for the most part and when hes in school i pick him up afterwards. Hes with me at least 3 times a week form 10-10 and then i drop him off with his grandma and i have to be at work at 2. The every other weekend ---- isnt doing much for me this summer cause she enrolled him in fucken YMCA knowing very well i could have kept an eye one him till i went to wrk and then he would ony be with my mom/ siter from 10 - 5pm. I really want to have my son everyweekend and more if possible. I love him to death and it sucks thatwe couldt make it work between his mom and i but i wasnt gonna make myself miserable forcing myself to be with his mom.

Oh man I busted out laughing after reading that line. lol. Bro your situation sounds exactly like my brother's whole situation with him and his ex. After the divorce though they changed and seem better and actually talk to each other and doing things with the boys together unlike before where they wanted to see each other dead.
On a side note I can finally get some fresh barbacoa from the local beaner supermarket as they only make it on weekends. Dude I think I was an esa in another life
