just to try to help you a little.

You can use some 'kitty hair' it's a mix of fiberglass and bondo. Works good i guess, better than regular bondo. You could also fiberglass it together. Or you could go crazy and make a metal bumper and weld them together :D

My suggestion would be to make sure you reinforce the 'bond' between the car and the bumper before you fill it in with whatever putty stuff you decide to use.

I am no way a pro body dude, so don't think I am, I have experimented before with various products that's all.
