They are driving it around right now, probably putting the finishing touches on the dyno tune to make sure everything's legit. I couldn't get too much information from them, most of what I made out was giggling intermixed with turbo/BOV noise.

I will say this much, hotrex laid down triple digit numbers! That's right! Goes to show those of you who thought he wouldn't break the 99 whp mark how much you really know. :-*

I JUST CALLED JOSH!!! 127 WHP AT 21 PSI AND 85 FT LBS!!!! MAP SENSOR WOULDNT ALLOW MORE THAN 21 PSI (MOTOROLA 2.5 BAR)

the car had zero issues, made power clean and it DIDNT blow up. no cooling ussues either

AHHAHAHAHAH EXCUSES ALREADY... Like i said, you can push it past the map sensor, he could have gone 23 psi COMPLETLY SAFE on a 2.5 bar, it just has a SLIGGHT rich spot going over the 21-22 psi mark.. lol for 21 psi 389whp is LOW LOW LOW with an gt35r.. probably the manifold that was holding it back.

he couldnt tune it past 21psi because of the map sensor, I wouldnt tune it past there either if I spent that much time and money in a setup either

he may have got the block for cheap, but im talking about the turbo, dyno time, everything. If 8:1 didnt have that much effect then I guess the stock head and pump gas has had a major part in it. ;)

i dont think 389 is low. the motor was craving higher boost, but not today.

its so ------- fast i doubt ill ever touch the high boost setting anyhow
