can the cops honestly do anything? blownVTEC (everyone's favorite hmt power seller) robbed me for $363 and kero-916 took me for $350 plus the cost of 2 axles (cost me $390 with 2 day shipping). I don't think that the cops can do ---- since these things are in different states.

I have talked with Josh on the phone when I was trying to buy a b16 from him that he sold before I could buy it and he seemed like a nice guy. I can understand why whatever this new ******* name is is pissed, getting robbed is no fun. I think that josh shouldn't have jerked him around and that this new ****** should ease up on the bitching and the "I called the police and I know everybody and my dad is going to kick your dad's ***" type of bull ----.

yeah dude, anything over the amount of $250 is considered a felony. you just have to have proof that *Said person* jacked you for *Said amount*. if you can prove it without reasonable doubt, well, its ------- fraud.

personally, this just goes for me, but there is no greater level of satisfaction than vigilante justice. i have no problem with blasting someone's door in with a shotgun. thats just my opinion.

Sorry to go off track, but couldnt you try for mail fruad or some other federal pound-me-in-the-*** offense? I mean people get that charge for duping old people out of 100 dollar checks going over state lines all the time. Especialy if you could establish a pattern of this person willfully trying to ---- people out of money/materials.

you just bumped it to the top i think you guys are way out of line talking ---- tho kvh about this, it's one thing if you want to stick up for josh and vouch for him, but leave it at that, there is no need to talk ---- to kvh, because everyone i'm sure has had a problem with buying something online, and know how helpless you feel and how pissed you can get. this really shouldn't be even be out in the public like this
