Not in a sexually way. A couple may remember about a month ago I made a post bringing to attention of the "Turbonetics" turbo he sold me. I got it in the mail, it was a Turbo ZY, aka SS auto crap. He told me nah, it's a rock solid turbo, and he didn't put the wrong description cause supposely the internals are Turbonetics. No receipts or anything, just a crappy turbo with alot of shaft play. Even the turbine fins are bent from it hitting the housing.
I filed with paypal, he said he was going to pay me, and that he wasn't a scammer, but he just needed time to get money together. Then when it was getting close, he told me I had to cancel the claim with paypal for him to pay me the money, and if I escalated it to a claim his account would be locked, and he only does business through his account so he asked me not to do that so he wouldn't lose business. Being the nice guy I am, I do what he said.
That was over a week ago, he's logged on everyday since and i've messaged him everyday since. He doesn't reply to my messages and he hasn't refunded my money. He's a lying and a scammer. Don't buy from him. Until he replies to me or refunds me, I stand 100% by this.

this whole situation sucks and everything, but if you canceled the claim, you are stupid for doing so. The guy dicked you on a turbo and you still felt obligated to be "nice" to him? Congratulations, he just fucked you in the ass and finished in your mouth.

there was no reason for you to not escalate the claim. even after you escalate the claim, you could still cancel and he could still use his PayPal account. I've filed a few PayPal claims and I have had 2 filed against me (I won both times thank you very much :P), so I feel confident in saying, I know what;s up with it.

Finding someone local to him to retrieve whatever is your best bet.

IMO your best bet would be to contact the university police at auburn.edu

and tell them that that kid "onijona@auburn.edu" used university email to scam you. and that you want action taken or you will hold the university responsible.

Yeah, I know I screwed up, and I said that to him, that I wanted to escalate it to a claim so just incase, then he said that crap... Is there anyway I could go through my bank? Cause I know people say never go through paypal, go through credit card cause if you get screwed the credit card company deals with stuff? Cause I payed through paypal, but I never transfer funds I just let it take it out of my bank via Bank mastercard. ?

I told him that I had a friend check it out that works on turbo cars all the time and he said it was a shotty turbo and that I still want my money back.

The turbo is good. Like i said before it is rock solid. But if you want a refund ill give you one, but its gonna take me some time to get the funds up. Ok!?!?

Week later I send message saying i'm going to escalate it to a claim cause it's getting close and I want to cover my ass incase anything happens or he changes his mind.

If you esclate paypal i won't beable to send you money through paypal b/c my account is going to be locked. Paypal is my only means of refunding you. If you esclate you are not going to be able to recieve a refund. Im not a scammer or anything man. But i seriously don't need my account locked b/c its the only way i can do buisness transictions. I will refund you on monday after i get funds transfered back into my account. Thanks for your patience

I bought a wastegate from him for $60 shipped I think it was. He then messaged me and told me he needed another $10 to ship to Canada. Ok, whatever it's 10 bucks.

I received the package and was charged $30 COD.
