I got screwed by jononioo
Not in a sexually way. A couple may remember about a month ago I made a post bringing to attention of the "Turbonetics" turbo he sold me. I got it in the mail, it was a Turbo ZY, aka SS auto crap. He told me nah, it's a rock solid turbo, and he didn't put the wrong description cause supposely the internals are Turbonetics. No receipts or anything, just a crappy turbo with alot of shaft play. Even the turbine fins are bent from it hitting the housing.
I filed with paypal, he said he was going to pay me, and that he wasn't a scammer, but he just needed time to get money together. Then when it was getting close, he told me I had to cancel the claim with paypal for him to pay me the money, and if I escalated it to a claim his account would be locked, and he only does business through his account so he asked me not to do that so he wouldn't lose business. Being the nice guy I am, I do what he said.
That was over a week ago, he's logged on everyday since and i've messaged him everyday since. He doesn't reply to my messages and he hasn't refunded my money. He's a lying and a scammer. Don't buy from him. Until he replies to me or refunds me, I stand 100% by this.

this whole situation sucks and everything, but if you canceled the claim, you are stupid for doing so. The guy dicked you on a turbo and you still felt obligated to be "nice" to him? Congratulations, he just fucked you in the *** and finished in your mouth.
there was no reason for you to not escalate the claim. even after you escalate the claim, you could still cancel and he could still use his PayPal account. I've filed a few PayPal claims and I have had 2 filed against me (I won both times thank you very much :P), so I feel confident in saying, I know what;s up with it.
Finding someone local to him to retrieve whatever is your best bet.

IMO your best bet would be to contact the university police at auburn.edu
and tell them that that kid "onijona@auburn.edu" used university email to scam you. and that you want action taken or you will hold the university responsible.
