Move to california then, the capital of the k swap aka 10k for a stock motor swap. 4k is kinda joke has money goes for a car. Hell thats a gsr swap with bolt ons and a clutch

I dropped over 4k into my civic when i was 17. White car has about 9k into it and I hasnt even run yet

You quit making excuses about why EE is too hard, man up and enroll in an EE curriculum and see it through to the end. I make jokes about ME being innumerate, but Civil...? :3

No way... a long HF. If there are pics of this long HF I demand them now! If not, take some!

Re: I got my block from the machinist

I'm playing cute with words. What ED chassis weighs almost as little as an HF, but is longer? Bingo, now pick the lightest of the years, paint it red, and put purpling bubbling ------ tint on the windows and you have the JD-mobile.

Fastest car in the trailerpark, guaranteed.

I plan to reupholster the interior back to showroom floor grey vinyl glory. Wait, they never put STD on the showroom floor they parked them in the back under a tree, but you get the idea.

I'm a college drop out. I think I'm going to head down to middle of no where South Carolina in the next year or two and live a life of poverty and seclusion. I'm pretty amped on the idea.

This is HMT, everyone here tries to be a dick at least some of the time. I am no different.

If you want to know why my car will hold together, you can see who I am on other forums by following this link: http://forum.ectune.com/viewforum.php?f=10

I've owned LS for years now, Corey. I may not babble incoherently about them all the time like I used to but they are still my favorite engine.

I've been a failure at drinking for almost a year and a half now. I don't have the free time required anymore. :'(

I'm half serious. I'm withdrawing from school in the next couple of days. I probably won't move to SC though. I will more than likely join a HVAC labor union program in August. I'll end up doing that for the rest of my life and hate every day of it.

Back on topic. What is our bet? I'm betting the car doesn't run 10.5 or better the first day out at max tuned pressure.

This thread is/was meant to ---- with Spiker. I've posted, what, three shitty cell phone pics that show jack and ---- in crummy detail and pretty much run my mouth to every comment not worth replying to while not giving full or complete answers to any decent question. Pay attention, buk, there's little hype involved.

Stock rockers in good repair = 8K reliably. I know a couple LS/404 guys revving 8500 daily, but I think they're crazy.

you rocking a 4 speed as well jorsher? the only reason my rpms are a tad lower is because i got bigger tires than stock 13's from honda. i belive i got 185/70-14's right now. it may be 185/65-13's but i do know one thing for sure, cant beat 40 bucks a tire at walmart that last all year. though this year im planning on widening my 13's and getting some nice and suttle 13x7's from tire rack.

Nah, 5 speed CRSEX SI. Around 4k 3600rpm at 70mph in 5th with 16s. Didn't know tirerack has 13x7s. I want to get some 15s, I think that's the smallest wheel I can get that'll fit over ITR caliperz.
