not 100% true cause there are neumerous things that you intake that are 99% absorbed by your body and burned as energy, or stored as fat and or muscle...

exact same ---- happend to me, and I read that if ---- stays inside for too long, in a long run you could get colon cancer

Drink only water, eat more "regular" food and take out the bad stuff like fried food, greasy food. in a long run ur system should go back to normal, like ---- everyday and all lol.

donald, dig up some pictures of the ---- thats stuck to your colon that comes out with colon cleanse, and you'll see why I don't really want to take the pill. lol
