Re: i am so nervous
well if it literally right now I cant help but if your doing it in a little bit go beat the **** out of the car
get it uber hot
and loosen the bolts around the cat creating a small exhaust leak ya sounds ghetto but some of the #'s I got off my old zc were prove damn near 0's and well below what the car was suppose to pass at
nice basic tune up
and a fresh cat
you got a winner

Re: i am so nervous
well it failed, haha. I kinda expected it to, I got a pretest though, so it doesn't get sent in.
well, my main concern wasn't the issue. Car has a B20 in it and that was over looked, good thing.
didn't pass visual since there were a few things missing [charcoal canister, some hoses, etc.]
I ran the car for a good minute, smog guy even left it running for a minute. I passed the NO readings, but failed horribly on the HC and CO%, 3x the max limit. I shoulda put more denatured alcohol in there, I only put like half a pint. I shoulda chugged the whole quart in there. oh well
All in all I am satisfied. Failed, but not because of the B20 in there. I kinda expected it to fail, it has 310 injectors in there too on a stock Pr4. Ya'll think the B16 tranny in there could have affected my results? Since I'd be at a higher rpm than usual?
Well the car will be posted in the classifieds soon, lol. and not becuase of the smog, it's cause I'm gonna pick up a bone stock del sol [insert gay smilie]

HC is unburned gas, and CO is incomplete combustion. Expect NOx to come up as you lean her out, as NOx gasses are the product of overly hot combustion and/or detonation.
You can probably do a FPR or AFC trick.

I'm gonna swap them out for stock 240's later when I get my injectors back.
thanks for the info JD... what don't yyou know.

Re: i am so nervous
310's on a stock pr4 map=mucho petro. Kinda surprised it actually runs alright like that. All the old prelude setups before the days of cheap chipped ecu's we ran around 25 psi vaccum on the fpr on a p72 to make up for the ecu map.
