It does look like the hummer was in less-than-optimal conditions for traction though... Roots have a bit better grip than tires.

Um, looks to me like the Hummer won. Tree was slightly up rooted. Hummer drove off with no visable damage.

I could crash into a tree with my bicycle and not have any visible damage either, doesn't mean I won.

If it knocked the tree over (which is what I expected since it's a fairly spindly tree), I would have called it teh winnar.

Yeah, and for having a REAL Hummer. I'm sorry but H2 and 3's and all that ---- aren't nothing compared to the original military issue type Hummers. If old boy would have had up more speed that tree would've gone down...
