how to: ramen ala chicken
boredom, piece of leftover chicken, some spices n ----, and voila.
chicken cut up (already cooked), marinated in kikkoman soy sauce and a shot of worstershire.
bread crumbs, flour, cornmeal, secret herbs and spices. this is the breading.
tablespoon of butter and enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, around 3/16" will do a few panfuls of chicken
spoon some breading mixture over chicken, mix around a bit. place a good flat side down into hot oil. cook until golden brown

first panful of chicken out, second in the pan not pictured
side with ramen, and some black pepper on the side. wash down with beer of your choice
