too low is when you start your car and when you gas it you don't move. Any thing above that is a okay. :P
I had my hatch's stock springs heated til there were only 2 good coils left. The ride wasn't to bad, hard dips just sucked. It wasn't as bouncy as I expected, just cruisin down the street or freeway the car didn't rock back and forth like a see-saw like some cars I have seen. I eventually got progress springs (which weren't too shaby) and put the heated ones on my rex at the time, and on the rex they felt better than when they were on the hatch. So I guess spending 20 bucks to have then heated wasn't too bad, and you can't beat that price with a stick.
I don't know if I had any point to put across or how this can help you, but what's said is said and hopefully you gained some insight from it.
