your exhaust will usually be the lowest part on the car, then the oil pan(doh!) then the frame. My car scrapes the exhaust and sometimes the oil pan if I don't take speed bumps right, or go into driveways/alleys, with out rolling gangster style

Dont really have a problem with the oil pan being to low in an EG with stock GSR mounts.. i was hitting the frame and the header.

i dont like springs because the back ones usually bottom out when u use regular non adjustable springs.
i use agx gr2 with coilovers, stiff ride awsome control, wheels stay on the ground even during jumps

My car is dropped about 2.5" all around. it was wrecking my front tires (camber) so I got a camber kit for the front... then the wheels were rubbing on my fenderliners. So I just ripped them out. ;D She never sees harsh weather (mostly) so it's not a big deal.

I think it depends where u live. If the roads are fucked up then u can't have your car slammed. I had blades on my car w/ a 3" drop in the front and a 2 3/4 drop in the rear. It looked good as hell but i couldn't drive into certain driveways. Now i'm running on 17" rims and I'm not satified how it rides because of turns and the way it looks. So i'm going to get 16's. :)

i have a 2" drop in front and 2.25" in the back, a bit bouncy, the ride quality isn’t all that bad, i can drive through speed bumps at a pretty moderate speed. it also depends on which brand of springs your getting. so yeah, what kind of springs are you getting?
