He is just not skilled at all. Putting a manifold with the turbo takes, 20 minutes. hanging an intercooler takes maybe 30 minutes if you are skilled. Just looks like he is learning as he goes and taking your money while at it. You could have purchased a $20 socket set and installed it yourself. Serves you right.......
how can you be proud of having a turbo accord if you don't even know how a turbo works? you didn't do any of the install......that sucks
