You could possibly get the title but it is quite a process.

How do people take cars without titles? I just don't get it. Get the title with the car no excuses. If you don't have it be in teh process of getting it when you take the car from the

It's in Florida, he gave me the car for free and said that
he would mail me the title. I let it sit and now I dont
have his # anymore

go to an insurance company; forge some sort of bill of sale. pay insurance company to bond the title to your name
