..its been awhile....just remember last time i did it :3......i dont have any anyhow ......i'm buzzin off some beer now.....i think i'm a alcoholic but the kind that can quit anytime.

lol, that's why I take it. :6 I took a Benadryl earlier and crashed for a few hours. Now I'm awake and pissed off at the world for some reason. :l

take 10-15mg of melatonin. it's what you naturally produce when you are tired. take an hour before you go to bed, in about 8 hours itll wear off.
