How to fall asleep??
 

i need to get up t 4am and i cant fall asleep. anything good that wont leave me drowsy in the morning?

HMT won't help you sleep ;)

Turn a fan on, something with a nice quiet low-level hum. Try leaving the tv on quiet. Unless you've been smoking crack and you're wired.

nah no crack today. i only do that while im at work.. i just took a gulp of the vicks, im sure thatll do the trick.

most pm medicines will not leave me drowsy in the morning but sleeping pills do,
but thats the only way i can go to bed. so what i do is take sleeeping pills
then when you wake up get up and do some stretches after that i'm awake.
but in your case just take your meds and when you wake do the stretches and you
will be alright. Thats the best advice i can give and good luck i hate waking up!!
