its ok.....no not really
Well
even thought no one will ever see it if you take it out and paint it or not.......
the only way I can think of it maybe working it by heating up the silicone/sealer/glue/whatever the hell it is with a heat gun to get it soft again, then prying it away gently.
Call a window replacement place, some of those go to junyards and get used windows, if they are nice they might tell you how they do it....

wow that is going to be SAW-WHEAT, a civic show car!? that hasnt been played out at all... oh wait, yes... yes it has...
why not just build a car for you, that you can actually drive, and not some trailer queen. I have to agree with visualblur, if this is going to be a true show car, get new windows anyway, if your worried about the cost of that, you shouldnt be building a show car, because that is not a cheap hobby, and if you are planning to take the budget route, I hope you dont actually intend on winning any shows...
