If I could understand any of those mother ******* I'd probably give them a call. You have no idea how much it pisses me off when I call to get customer service and the mother ****** doesn't speak English. I just want to shoot somebody over the phone. Besides, I don't think Dell is too happy with me. I'd have to say they would deny any sort of customer service I asked for.

UPDATE:
My computer woke up the other day and figured out something new was hooked up. A pop-up came up and ran me through the installation and I changd the channel on the VCR and it worked. The problem is I can't watch videos for some reason. Everything I see on my computer screen is on the TV, but when I try to watch any videos it's just a black screen. I can see everything else.
