Nah, I was asking you. If you go to a chiropractor they could probably take care of most of your pain by aligning you. My doctor also gives out "natural medicine", which sounds kooky but it works.

I've gone through some down times with the move and starting a life in a new (cold) place, but you just can't dwell on it. Find something you like to do, and do it. Even if you don't get paid. ;)

what you guys don't understand, is that there is a big difference between clinical depression, and just feeling a little depressed or down :-\

projekteg, so do you need to take medication still to this day cause your brain ran out of the 'feel good' chemicals?

Yeah, but that's not exactly a cure for it. :-\ Eventually you have to face your problems and find a real fix for them.

Actually, I started occupational therapy for my wrists the other day and I start physical therapy again on my neck in the morning. I think what ultimately gets to me is that my pain really affects my ability to sleep. Yes projekteg, I know there is a difference between clinical depression and feeling down, but enough of one can eventually lead to the other. Boost is right too, working out the problem is only a temporary solution, eventually you have to figure out what the deep rooted cause is and deal with it. I think he needs to talk to a counselor or something of that nature.

lol, na, i'm straght now, this was about 3 or 4 years ago, you're brain will eventually fix itself, but you never look at things the same after you realize what your brain is capable of making you believe/feel :P
