Well as some of you know I went out to Texas,Corinth to be exact to check out some homes(couse Cali. sucks!).Its 35-40 mins. north of Dallas.After visiting there a weeks and finding a house that I can buy cash with the equity from mine here in Cali. we made an offer on it and they accepted.Its 3k square feet,with a 2 car garage,surounded by a golf course

Its so nice there and the people are great.It was a little hot and muggy but its been cloudy here in san Diego for like that last 3 months ....its suposed to be summer dammit!

Well here is where my exitement begins.I put my house up for sale yeasterday at 4pm and I sold it today at 2pm.They loved my house and offered 5k more than what I was asking for!!They want us out in a month .Man Im so ------- happy I think Im gonna **** my pants!

The only thing is that I dont have a Job there yet but Ive been checking the want ads on line and there seems to be a shortage of Electricians there so with my extensive electrical experience (**pops own coller**) I shouldnt have a problem getting a job there.

Oh yeah Im selling the civic couse I dont want to ship it there or tow it.I have to still take my Passat and my Ram.Asides from that I have to drive a big *** U-haul with all my ---- in it.So if anny one wnats to offer say.....4k or so let me know via PM.

Life is better in texas i wonder if you guys in dallas crazy storms like down here in houston Nevermind you guys are so far north you will probably get 60 feet of snow and a ice rink out of lake dallas : P
