HOORAY FOR ME!
 

Well as some of you know I went out to Texas,Corinth to be exact to check out some homes(couse Cali. sucks!).Its 35-40 mins. north of Dallas.After visiting there a weeks and finding a house that I can buy cash with the equity from mine here in Cali. we made an offer on it and they accepted.Its 3k square feet,with a 2 car garage,surounded by a golf course 8)

Its so nice there and the people are great.It was a little hot and muggy but its been cloudy here in san Diego for like that last 3 months :-\....its suposed to be summer dammit!

Well here is where my exitement begins.I put my house up for sale yeasterday at 4pm and I sold it today at 2pm.They loved my house and offered 5k more than what I was asking for!!They want us out in a month :o.Man Im so ------- happy I think Im gonna piss my pants!

The only thing is that I dont have a Job there yet but Ive been checking the want ads on line and there seems to be a shortage of Electricians there so with my extensive electrical experience (**pops own coller**) I shouldnt have a problem getting a job there.

**note**Im too ------- exited to check my spelling...---- off ;)


Oh yeah Im selling the civic couse I dont want to ship it there or tow it.I have to still take my Passat and my Ram.Asides from that I have to drive a big ass U-haul with all my ---- in it.So if anny one wnats to offer say.....4k or so let me know via PM.

Wow. That was fast. Glad to hear things worked out for you. I doubt you'll have a hard time finding a job. ;)

You can drop the car off at my house on your way across country. I'll keep it safe for you. :D

Life is better in texas :D i wonder if you guys in dallas crazy storms like down here in houston :D Nevermind you guys are so far north you will probably get 60 feet of snow and a ice rink out of lake dallas : P

Snow in dallas maybe once every 3 or 4 years so dont count on it :-\ And I have some freinds in corinth nice little town. Enjoy it its a great place to be ;D

You'll like it though. I spent some time in Texas in the Air Force. I'd say it's about what Ca. was ten years ago, but with more open country spots. Don't forget to buy the beef jerky off the stands set up on the side of the freeway. That ---- is good.
And just to let your wife think you know your way around, go to the "Galleria" in Dallas (it's a big mall with only high end yuppie stores) and take her to the mexican resturant in the food court overlooking the ice skating rink. After dinner, hit the ice, and that will lock you in for the night. lol 8)

Thanks Steve.She wanted to go there while we were in Dallas last week but we didnt make it....I still tapped it that night though ;).


Well here is an update on my house.

Im pissed.My stuped real estate agent told us to jump on the first offer that came by couse it was more than what we were asking for and thats all good.But now that we are in escrow 2 more people want my house and are willing to pay way more and Im ------- locked in to this deal.She claimes that she didnt think it would couse such a stir couse the last house in my area sold for $420k.Well my house has $30k in upgrades and thats why people are willing to pay way more than its worth!I want to kill the bitch now(not literally dont sue me)!!!

Oh man. I didn't know you lived in San Diego. I'm a Daygo native myself. What part of Diego did you used to live? Man, I give you props for finally moving out of this scandalous city. I feel you, bro. I've been in too much drama in this MoFo that I realized that I DO need to move my family and me somewhere else.

But you were also right about the job part. I started myself in selling insurance and helping with investments with a huge company so that I can save up to get out of debt and be free from the Navy and all the other bullshit that the Corporate World throws at me.
