what i dont get is he had a great set of bends to make a nice manifold with right here

what YOU dont get is that header weighed about 10lbs, the pipes would NOT withstand the level of abuse a 4x4 toyota gets.

the fencepost manifold now, will be questionable for strength even with its bracing

it wouldnt take much of that header to make a nice manifold and then brace it. either way its not my truck

they're just too thin. hobart handler 140 (the mig i used to make the fencepost 4-2-1) on wire speed of 1/2 that i used to build it, and down a notch (1-4, used 3, but this was 2) and it blew right through the pipe like i was stick welding. they're just too thin
