I thought japanese people knew there ---- about cars! lol. Then thinking how long these clips sit it's probably had that coolant in there for awhile also. Damn were so behind the times. :'(

You do realize anti-freeze itself sucks at storing heat and transferring it? Water has an excellent heat transfer coefficient....better to have more water than ethylene-glycol...but hey, it's your motor.

Yea hes right, ur not in the worst position, but the automobile engineers came up with coolant (antifreeze) because of the temperature at which it freezes. People in detroit were coming outside in the morning to drive to work and there inside the motor was frozen
Funny stuff

no no no...you all have it wrong.

the key to coolant is making sure it is at the correct PH level, too acidic or basic and it eats away at parts inside the engine & radiator

a 50/50 mix is generally at the correct Ph level

baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad idea
water + aluminum = corrosion

50/50 mix is the most all-around mix 60/40 antifreeze/water is best for cold weather
