why would you get a b20 block to resleeve? they cost more, just get a b18a1/b1 block and have that resleeved

that awd civic is OLD NEWS

b20 blok have 2.0 and b18 have 1.8, and i live in lithuainia i can finde someone who cpould broe out b20 blok and ut sleevs in it, for 100 doars, so i will needonly new strong sleews, with new leews ill be abele get much more hp from it
sory for my english

Nearly all b series blocks are the same other than height basically sort of. And i dont mean internally as in pistons but just the block piece of aluminum

B20's are 84mm and B18/b16's are 81mm. Once you resleeve a B18 or a B20 your going to start off with 81mm (all aftermarket sleeves start at that) so your once b20 just turned into a 1.8. (b18a/b's and b20b/z's share the same crank) Sleeving for 100 bucks? ya right... B20 sleeves are the hardest to bore out due to their 1 piece design Your looking atleast 3-400 in labor for boring/honing/decking and cleaning. As turbo90accord said, it's way easier to start off with a b18a/b just because they are more readily availble and they are easier to bore out. Hope you understood that

Back to the subject, there is an article in the new honda-tech(i think its aug issue, I have a subscription), part 4 of AWD integra. they are taking a CRV drive train, and putting it into an integra. I will post the link in a little bit, but I gotta find the magazine.....

my wife hates all my magazines...

update

www.brailleauto.com is doing it.

Don't bother Jeff...The people over here in Europe and in this continent think that more displacement is always more power or better.
That's why a lot of them go crazy when a stock VTI CRX spank their 2.8 liter VR6 Golf's.
