Home Made Pizza ***pics ****
We just had a new addition to the family a few months ago, and I asked for a month off of vacation from work to stay home with my kids. So beeing how i have a 2 year old who loves pizza, and a whole bunch of time on my hands, I decided to make him his favorite food. So ---- little ceaser's, domino's, pizza ****, and PAPA Johns for making me wait 30-60 minutes for a pizza. Home Made Pizza FTW!
Your going to start off with a crust, Arabic bread cut to the round shape of a dish (for thin crust) or Greca Pita bread will do ---- boboli!
Next your going to need pizza sauce, Prego is the ---- (---- RAgu, it taste like ketchup) you can make your own, but that takes to long.
Place the crust on a sheet of foil, or a nonstick baking pan, Then pour some sauce on the crust, pour in the middle and with a round spoon just work it around, pour as much as you like.
Your going to need cheese. You can buy cheese already grated or you can do it yourself(its cheaper) I use Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Mozzarella.
I start off with sprinkling some cheddar on the bottom (cheddar is very oily so it will taste better next to the sauce)
Then i take some Monterey Jack and sprinkle that on (its about 50/50 with the cheddar and monterey jack)
Then Finally I use the Mozarella (its very gooi, and keeps everything together) Make sure you cover everything with this
Then comes the toppings. You can use anything you want, ham, bacon, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, whatever, my son just likes pepperoni, cant go wrong with that.
Place the toppings to your liking, make a smileyface, your initials, HMT whatever you want. Then your ready to bake.
Place the rack to the second topmost position, you dont want to burn your crust. Preheat to 325-350 degrees
PLace pizza in oven, using a a cutting board so you dont drop everything on the floor
Leave in there for about 10-15 minutes, just keep checking on it so you dont burn it.
When your all done you should get something that looks like this. Sprinkle some parmesian cheese, crushed peppers, or hotsauce, whatever floats your boat and enjoy.
all in all I figure each pizza should cost between 1-2$ to make depending on the toppings, there perfect for the kids, watching the game on tv, entertaining guests, or the late night munchies at 3am after you blazed it and you realize your to fucked up to drive and everything is closed anyways.
questions, comments? id like to hear.

Nice, its been a while since I've made pizza. If you wanna take it to the next level, get some mozzarella string cheese, peel it to desired thickness and roll the outside of the crust over it to make your own cheesy crust.
