alright first off you start with good ol handy pot.

Attachment 10170
lay out all the ingredients and make sure you have a cutting board.

Attachment 10171
basiclly it's 2 cans of corn i bought for 75c and some steak rub for $4.50

Attachment 10172
Mushrooms $1.85, Tomatoes $2, Beef cut 2 lbs $5.50, whole onion 70c (i bought alot).

Attachment 10173

Oh yeah don't forget my personal trusty knife i pretty much use for everything.

Attachment 10174
cut the whole onion into small pieces don't cry like a bitch like i did.

Attachment 10175
don't forget to cut the bell peppers too. you may want to cut them smaller then i did. they were rather large i have to admit.

Attachment 10176
throw the minced onions in the pan. heat it up full blast, i threw some garlic while i was at it just for the hell of it.

Attachment 10177
stir untill it clears or at least till they are up to heat.

Attachment 10178
throw in peppers in the pot.

Attachment 10179
let that ---- warm up

Attachment 10180
throw mushrooms, green beans in -

Attachment 10181
and Tamotoes all in at the same time. now its a good time to crush the ---- out of the tamotoes so the juices flow into the whole pan and eveyrthing. it's also a good time to throw in some steak rub just for some flavoring and such.

Attachment 10182
wait till that ---- warms up and changes texture and then it'll be time to throw in the meat.

Attachment 10183
Toss that ---- in. add more steak rub.

Attachment 10184
looks good huh

Attachment 10185
right here is when the meat is all cooked inside and the fulid is mostly water from the beef but that ---- taste good.

Attachment 10186
now i just threw 2 cans of corn in that concoction

Attachment 10187
mixed that ---- up even more and bon appetite.

i usually eat it with my rice seeing how im a ching chong ----------er but that's just me.

oh yeah the steak rub is just regular steak rub seasoning. it isn't anything special. but generally it should have salt, black pepper, dill seed, red peppers, garlic and paprika.

best ---- i've tasted is kirkland steak rub from cosco.

but good luck for anyone who wants to try my ---- out. taste real good.

potatoes are kinda hard to cook. require lots of lots of boil time in a pot for them to be tendered to be edible. i think i took me a 20 minutes to cook everything in the picture. potatoes are nice but geez they are a real pain in the ass to get tender.
