Edit i just realized you are just doing the trailing arms.I use a good size hammer and smack them out them then you can put it in a vise and cut the rubber out with a hole saw or torch.
Go buy a harbour freight or similar hole saw kit with some 1"-2" holesaws and use a drill to cut the center section out containing almost all the rubber and the metal sleeve,then you cut the sleeve with a hacksaw so it will fold and now you can either use a air hammer like i did and punch the metal sleeves out or you can use a punch/hammer combo or maybe also a puller type setup to pull the sleeve out.I just finished installing a master kit in my new Civic VX i bought.It is a ----- job but entirely worthwile in a old sloppy chassis.
