i remember ther are centain time i kept of thinking this "beef" in front of me makes no different than when someone put a piece of human meat in front of me..

I don't want to get into it, I tend to be the minority . and ethical debate here goes over just as well as political debate does.
think about this though.
if america stopped 10% of their meat consumption, the grain that would be saved from not having been fed to the animals, ould equate to enough food to stop world hunger as a whole. not to mention the %10 decrease in the pullution that comes from animal waste every day (Second largest pollutor next to cars)

your little world hunger thing isn't quite correct, they feed cows grain that isn't safe for human consumption, I'm not about to send that ---- to ethiopia and say "chow down bitches".
throw out all that pollution bullshit and what do you have? if we reduce meat consumption by 10% how many jobs would be lost? I'd probably get fired or the whole restaraunt I work for would get shut down then that's 15 people out of work, imagine that happening at every steakhouse in the country, then the meat shippers are 10% down on ---- to do, ranchers=pwned by this. our economy needs meat. beef, it's what's for dinner.
