im gonna go buy some ss welding wire so i can tack my stuff together and make welding it up easier and then all we really have to worry about is modding the downpipe. the only problem is i dont have a chop saw and i broke my sawzall. (however you spell it) so i might be ---- out of luck, maybe i can use a hack saw? ill see when all my ---- gets here and get as much of it done before i come up. and Josh, are we gonna be able to go to your dads shop to weld up the manifolds? or are we gonna be doing the install there? let me knoww hats up so i know if i should bring my manifold ---- or not

jordan, im going to daves house tomorrow night to cut up the pipes and tack them. ill be tigging my own maifold tho, its a pain i guess cause my dad is cool with me using his shop and such, but only when hes there working, hes too lazy to let me in there, and he doesnt like the idea of alot of people he doesnt know being in there, i dont blame him, hes got 100k easy in tools and ----. so, im just gonna swing down there one day on my own and tig her up.

dave works till 5 and my dad closes at 5. if u want to come down with me earlier, we can get r done for sure.
the install will be at hotrexs house, you know the usual, ill have a space heater, the grill, some beer, ect ect ect..

hopefully you all can make it, and hopefully stevemode will to, i owe him some butt sex.

so how about this coming friday or saturday...i dont have class and i can take off work...i can get there early for sure. ill see if i can tack everything up to before i come. so we can jsut weld it together. just let me know about what day is ok if you can. and if not maybe the following weekend i it might be ok to still go to daves work if his boss doesnt mind. whatever is easiest for you guys is ok with me

You have a better chance of seeing god than to cut all those cuts with a hack saw. They 90's are way tougher than the straight pipe. You have to cut the Rear 90's to line up with the head flange. take about 1/4 off each one meeting in the middle and it will go smoother.
