The Rules of HMT dynoing,
- when Rich on the top end, simply add more boost
- If you need 2-5 more hp to hit your goal, just add 2-5 more degrees of ignition timing
- Rev limiter isnt cool on the dyno
- When making changes to fuel maps, make drastic changes, because everyone is impatient (smooth it out later)
- If the Golden Corral isnt open, stop at everett izzys for lunch

Adding more boost only pushes the map into the next row which in our case was even richer.
I put in 3 degrees of timing and lost 4hp. What we needed to get to 300 was more boost (see above)
I was pulling fuel 6+ points at a time trying to chase the rich situation.
Either way... happy to have gotten eight pulls, happy to have gotten to know a few keys in HMT a little better, happy Jeff likes my business name enough to walk around for two hours saying it and especially happy to have made just short of 300hp on a car that has only run for two weeks and only been tuned by myself (alone) about 10min a day on my way to work. Thanks guys.

If Dustins car can get a good launch, and bang some gears at BOTI, it gonna do pretty dam good.
I still think you guys should have let Jeff and I take it for a spin. Woulda made for some SWEET bonus footage for the vid.
Ive let Jeff race my car w/o me in it, its not that bad. A little panty rippin' and WOT shifting helps loosen her up.

Adding more boost is always cool, especially when dustin is there because its not difficult to persuade him, he has no problem cranking on boost controllers. I was definatly dissipointed that I was denied a panty ripper in the uranation gti, especially with all that torque! Oh well.
I do belevie I did make a bet with dustin saying I would run a faster ET at BOTI than him. He better get himself some slicks, otherwise its gonna be tire swap city in the pits.
