Well i just want to say it was cool meeting all you guys. it was definetly a good time so on with the pics
ok well it all started at hotrex's pad.
heres whats goin on the d. well maybe not youll have to see.... rebuilt volvo t3 turbo, obd2 to obd1 harness, and mani
well this is what bermmenator wanted to put on. volvo ic, but this thing was way to large. i meen the thing was like the size of a full radiator
i got there a little late do to my stupidity. but when i got there xenocron and mahcivic where goin to town on the intake mani
everything off and ready to be installed
new pgfi intake on with gsr throttle body. sohcrxsi mokin up some 2 1/2 charge pipes
nonvtec doin up some inline resistors. you gota love the 2g eclipse clips... whys that, because there are nun
whats an install with no burgers. xenocron was the cook.... taste
when your out of wirefeed what do you do you pull the ghetto wind-up routine haha
well since there was some trouble with the wastgate acuater hitting the block. hottsex came up with a plan. so he used an extra t3 flange he had and cutted up the stock mani to fit it in on a nice angle
if thats not sexy, i dont no what is. stock mani, t3 flange, and some hammered charge pipe
i guess you could call this the garrison gerth mani hump
now whats a turbo kit without the HMT home logo this mani will be past on from generation to generation here on HMT
yeah so we where gona put in the volvo ic but that was way to big, then we where gonna go with a dsm smic, but that too didnt seem to work out. so we dicided that a front mount pipe was good enough for now :P well intall berm gets a nice front mount. so in this shot you can see that we used a 1st gen blow-off and pipe to connect right off the turbo to the front mount pipe..... you can also see the down pipe welded right to the turbo ghetto but works
and the final shot of the engine bay..
out for a test run. berms using a basemap from CSaddict. basicly the same setup. with just some timming differences. a few rips up and down the raod to see how the boost was at
o and we left this for Josh's mom
all in all it went good. a few isues but nothin that we couldnt figure out. it was a wicked install

It looks like you guys had a good time. It's seeming more and more obvious that alot of people outside of Ca. wear baseball hats. Like almost everyone. (just an observation)

well that was a great time. manifold..."****", ic piping..."****" everything else..."****" it was a good time. the stock wastegate was set at like 2psi so we hooked up berms boost controller, cranked it up to like 5-6 psi. pulls nice...nothing like joshs car. that thing is SICK. with the problems that came up we made out pretty well. cant wait to see a video and some more pics considering i didnt take any... :P
