HMT is like an online family. Technical sections are the shop/garage, and GD is the family room. You have fights in the family room, you talk about regular stuff in the family room, you visit with your family in the family room. You don't always need to be talking about tech, somtimes it's just about stuff.
I say keep GD, and behave as if you family was in the room with you, then it will all will be homey again. Done. Craig |

Nobody likes your idea of removing GD, I bet you would get a better response if you were to ask if you were going to remove yourself or maybe change the way you act on hmt. |

Nothing could ever make me badmouth HMT, it's a lifestyle, not a forum. Any chance registration will be opened again, even for like 10 minutes? I am trying to get my friend an account. |
