OK heres the place, its 3 bedroom 1.5 bath 2200 sq ft finished basement (with mirrored wall) updated/upgraded EVERYTHING huge garage, hardwood floors, even the pool has been redone (not opened yet) bedrooms are being repainted as of now. Now on to the pics:

Looks good. Do yourself a favor and use Sherwin Williams cashmere or duration home paint. Best paint money can buy. :y

Awesome. I love grass yards. That pool looks nice. :P I'm thinking about buying a house soon, but nothing that nice. That house would probably go for around 350k out here. :'(

Haha, not very many grass lawns out here. Some fake ones though, but you can tell. :l I think if I did have it I would rip it up though. Sewer rates are insane out here. My water bill is about $35/month. Some people are paying $200-$300/month. :S

Wow what a price.

Can't wait to move out of my Non-Garaged 950sg/ft bungalo for my Parents 6 acre w.1500sg/fg shop to into my wy wife's grand parents 100acre farm with 2 dry sheds!!! Whoever give up the property first and gets the money and I get the mortgage!!
