Out here you can get a 100ft.x100ft. lot for $200,000. A bit less if you want to live in the hood or if you want to grade and level it yourself. :l I hate it. :3

More than a $200k house, even with a shitty interest rate. :-\

Tomorrow I'll post pics of the pad. Nothing fancy or anything. Suits up just fine for now besides the garage and parking space but ehhh what can you do with just myself working and only making like 30k.
