around here you can get acreage for fairly cheap, like 10-20 acres for around 50K. but most of them don't have power or water to them yet.

and you can get a $350k house with no money down at 6% interest for 30 years for $2098 a month :y, ---- renting

Maybe you could get Fook as a roomate? That would help both of you with bills. Plus you look to be the same size, so you could borrow each other's clothes. :y

Are you saying I'm fat? :'( I put on a couple pounds over the winter, but I'll sweat it off over the summer. I'm only ~180lbs. :l

.....and I'll never have another room-mate. I don't care if I have to stop eating to afford to live by myself(besides the GF).
