If you were smart you would completely rip off honda-tech's format 100%. Obviously people don't want a site that looks different from H-T. Have the same forums and everything. Guaranteed people will flock.
Don't reinvent the wheel, just give people what they want.

People want zeroforum, or a SMF with easier to manipulate IM interface would do IMO.

I've been seeing the changes on H-T as well. I've always liked H-T and it's only been getting really bad the last couple of years(I've been a member since 2000). I will probably venture elsewhere from now on.
