i'll second the fact that vw/audi 1.8t are slow ***. i've beat one with 2others in my civic n/a.
and my friend has had a jetta VR6 and a audi A4 1.8T. he says the 1.8t is a slow piece of ---- compared to jetta VR6.

Yeah, I'm not saying they are some fast ----, but a N/A B18 is an even slower pile of ----. You beat "ONE" 1.8T and you think they are all slow, but the guy probably wasn't racing you. What does a stock Civic run compared to a 1.8T? :1 Do you think your fart-can made it that much faster?

thanks. i don't think marek spent any kind of time on this forum before he posted. perhaps he missed the part where most of the membership are "riceists". i totally agree, GO before SHOW is my opinion. that is why i hang out here so damn much, i have a great appreciation for the diy speed junky because i'm one too. i can appreciate a clean looking car with some style so long as it is fast, but when you start to completely change the original look of the car is where i see a problem. some people like that and i respect that, everyone has their own tastes, but on hmt there aren't too many peeps that share that viewpoint.

If you wanna learn about turbos as you said, READ & RESEARCH before you post. Trust me, the search button will answer 90% of your questions...if it doesnt, either A) you shouldnt be asking it B) you fucked something up royally or C)you actually have a legitamate question. I do a thousand times more reading than posting, and I still dont have my turbo on, so you wouldnt be the only N/A guy on here dont feel bad.

Now, for your car, I can appreciate work put towards your car but body work is NOT my cup of tea, and DO NOT bring that ---- on here or you WILL (and had) a rude response. We go fast here (or some are trying to, like me). I still dont like your car, sorry. Try again.

The word ricer...my cars rice, every honda is rice, every import is rice. I dont care if someone calls my car rice, I knew what I was getting myself into when I got it. Everyone I know races domestics (stang's and z's, one C5 vette) and Im the lonely ------- w/ the honduh. I dont care, I laugh when they go to the gas station. It works both ways. I also own a 79 bronco and a 00 Ram, so I was (and still am) more of a domestic fan, but rice is cheap, economical, and CAN be fast. Sadly, it can be and mostly is ugly, which is your car, and most general population hondas out there. They give the actual fast hondas a bad rap. Its the same never ending argument over superchargers or turbos, FI or N/A, bottle or displacement...doesnt ------- matter, run whatcha brung, go big or go home, or STFU. :1

I do have to say, the bitches are nice though...
