I weigh a nickel, i could damn near ---- 46pnds. That being said, lay of the shif foods, drink lot's of water....that was about it, now just 200pnds to go......

good for you stick with it, switching to diet pop will make a big difference too 7up plus and sierra mist free are actually pretty good

ive heard its easier to loose the weight when your just starting and you still weight a lot, so 46 pounds shouldn't be extremely hard. lol, maybe you can loose enough to fit in a honda and see why we all love them...

stop being a ----- and work out .. im not huge but im gaining whieght people who say that cant just dont try hard enough people like me with fast motabalisms( spelling) need to work out 3 times as hard and 4 times as often

Eh I've tried that, I was in weight training and yes I worked hard, for a full year at high school and months afterwards after I got out...Then I moved out and haven't touched weights since but about to start on it again

or in other words, be a fat leach that sits and does nothing daily, and learn to pee without using your hands because god knows you cant touch it, much less see it.

i bet you dont even have to lower your car, with stock suspension it probably bottoms out

Actually i work hard, make lot's of money, camp, fish and enjoy life lot's....im hung like a bull moose so that's not an issue, and as for the lower my car deal....well....yah, perhaps a tad lower on the left side....but hey, i can loose weight, you on teh other hand will always be a small dicked big mouth gook with few friends and less prospects in life then a 10yr old with downs syndrom.

so, how much for the plastic surgery after you loose the next 200 pounds?

Watch your damn sugar! I have a buddy they weighed between 460 and 520 and he ended up loosing 1.2 of each foot due to poor circ. as a result of diabetes. Before he got heavy, 280-320 was his normal weight, a BIG farm boy!

Im actually told that the plastic surgery (if needed and im sure it will be) will be covered by gov. so that wouldnt be so bad. Yah i was bout 280 when normal as well, i was pretty large before i got fluffy. The Diabitis(sic?) thing i have been really lucky, other then my nutso blood pressure which has been under control for awhile im healthy as a horse, so im lucky that way but thanks a ---- ton boys for teh good words......

I'm a lil curious but is that the gastritic bypass u did? Are u covered for the other surgery (removing the xtra skin)? Hope everything works out.
