I weigh a nickel, i could damn near ---- 46pnds. That being said, lay of the shif foods, drink lot's of water....that was about it, now just 200pnds to go......

good for you stick with it, switching to diet pop will make a big difference too 7up plus and sierra mist free are actually pretty good

ive heard its easier to loose the weight when your just starting and you still weight a lot, so 46 pounds shouldn't be extremely hard. lol, maybe you can loose enough to fit in a honda and see why we all love them...
