Help me pick a new LOGO please :)
 

I need to get an official logo for my business and website and I need some input because the submissions I received from a few artists are very good, and I am having a hard time narrowing it down. So make your vote for me...and any comments would be appreciated about why you like the one(s) you are picking.

Pretty Cheap 'o looking but the #4 looks clean and professionional with out all the Hype r stuff.

i picked logo two......the only problem is....to me....these seem to make your business have more of a corporate feel....with the DIY market....i want to do business with the guy that is slinging parts/services out of his backyard garage, not with the company that i have to call an outsourced call center to place orders.....but thats just me...depends on the direction of your company...if i was expanding my company and building a high $$$$ shop....then these look great.



but then again this is just my opinion.....ill still buy from you regardless....but i like the original design better. has that certain MSpaint feel to it that we have all come to love

Agree. I think you should add the turbo from Logo #5 to number 2. Right on the front of the hatch would be perfect.

i picked one and five.

All the alternative ones, imo looked like a mix of existing logos, and what not. I think 1 is a profesional, and catch design, and would be my first choice.

#2 reminds me of jdmhpusa, and I have an LSD Motorsports tshirt. Still, it's the best of the primary choices to my eye. I like Alternate #2 best of all, the logo is clean but the lightning bolt is authoritative.


If you ever hold a slogan contest, let me know... I'll lend you one of mine. :P

dtrain, laid it down, and I don't normally see random folks with this level of thinking when it comes to business. He hit it on the head. That's why of the choices, alternate #2 is what I pick.

alternate 4, it has a clean feel and yet something that isnt like the others where i almost felt like i needed to stop and pause on some of them to decipher the business name.

some of those look so corporate or company/insurance company look haha hrrrrrmmm i like the 1st one and a couple others a mix would be sweet. i dont think that you should have a hatch or honda for that matter since you are probably open to tuning more than hondas

But still #4 is the best for customer appeal - the HMT hateraide. It's the first one that caught my eye

i was thinking the same thing, i voted 2 and 5. though none of them really jumped out at me. i did like parts of each one. i think you need to mix some of a couple into one all out great logo lol. like you need a turbo, the hatch/car looks cool and the ms paint one (second one) buk made with the black back ground looked good, add a turbo with that and maybe a crazy X like one of the others had or leave it with the hatch coming from the X. if that makes sense. keep it simple and easy like most are saying, not a corperate paper company look.

none of them really appeal to me personally. to be honest, they all look like they are trying to be a bit too busy, or trying to hard to be something their not. also, most of them look almost a bit "cartoonish" for a business that is directed toward the auto tuner market.

i had a friend who knows me and is a graphic designer come up with mine. she had a few different concepts, but they were all basically just different variations of each other. i liked the one that was the most simple and plain. you don't need anything too fancy or complicated. i wanted something that had a basic logo symbol, and then the company name.

You do realize Alternate #3 is the Ubuntu Linux logo, rite? Besides that, none of them really scream "xenocron" to me. They all look too "commercial" and would be more suitable for a company selling hybrid conversions and green tea pore-refining facial masks.
