help me out with this block!!!

So as many of you know I didnt do my homework last time and got fucked over by a worthless ---- stick. So this time I am going to do it. I am looking at this block just to make sure it is a good sleeved block. The block is GE sleeved b20 but if you look really closely where the sleves touch it looks cracked. So let me know what you think cause if it looks good then I am sending him the money. I just cant tell my self and dont know how to zoom in.

I don't see the crack but I can imagine you getting ripped off twice in a row easily.

Well I will be doing a paypal this time and he is providing tracking and all that. Wont paypal give money back for items not recived? What is another way to do it safe?? Besides send it to bla bla bla.

Paypal will rape you if he sends you anything and shows tracking info, i.e. 50 lbs of robot turds

That first ******** wont give me my money back right now and I am trying to get my car back together soon. I am due to get out of the military soon. I am taking that other ******** to court but that is going to take forever and even if I win there is still no guarentee that i get my money back.

I wanna follow that advice but now that I got scammed so hard I dont have enough money for everything.
