yikes yeah you are gonna need a decent graphics card for that. The 6800 would be best for that the ti4800 wont cut it in any of those games. The 5900 i have will play it but only on dx7 mode while the 6800 should be fine in dx9 mode. Which if your more about the gameplay than all the eyecandy and the special effects is ok. Its undenaible the 6800 is prolly your best bet but you wont get to use the full potential of the card prolly because of the slow processor. Its like trying to shove 10lbs of crap in a 1lb bag.
