I picked up a IBM Thinkpad 390e it ahs a 300 Celeron (Still suprised they made the Celeron back that far!) with 192 mb of ram (It acutally has 320, but BIOS can only read up to 192) and a 10g HD for 75 from a buddy of mine, it has a couple of issues with it, but it runs TE just fine & ECUcontrol runs great on it. A Little choppy when you watch the gauges, but I think ECUcontrol is just that way.
USB Port, Serial, LPT, Monitor, 2PCMCIA ports everything you'd expect.

wooot, i just bought one last night too from bigmike, ibm think pad 390e for 150 bucks 
has parallel port, usb, and serial, which is great b/c my burner uses parallel and usb at the same time, and i data log with serial, so i needed one of each, works out perfect.
