Re: help with burning dvds

WTF?

If you're doing it that way, you need to go to Nero Burning Rom and choose "video disc" then throw the dvd files in there.

But, if you have nero installed, why don't you just have dvd shrink back up to a dvd?!

Re: help with burning dvds

not using nero, i am using a different burning program

Re: help with burning dvds

Which program are you using?

DVDShrink does not always remove all protection, but it's pretty good about it.

edit: You don't burn a DVD-Video disc as a data disc. You need to choose Video Disc wherever it is in your program and then import your VIDEO_TS AND AUDIO_TS (which 99% of the time contains nothing) folders.

dvdshrink then i try to burn with recordnow! burning software and it says tere is an error with the disk, is the process right?

shrink
data burn
data - audio_ts and video_ts

is it a data burn or what?

Re: help with burning dvds

No, as we both just said, you have to choose video disc. It's not a data disc, their structure is different.

Why not use nero? It'd be way easier.

If you try to copy any Sony dvds they'll probably have their arccos protection on them, in that case just download "ripit4me"

Re: help with burning dvds

Whatever you do, don't use the SuckadickNow! software that came with your computer.

Nero has never failed me, get it from torrents. I promise you will never use any other CD/DVD burning software again.
