rotaries are not 2 stroke engines fyi. they are 4 stroke engines, which require some sort of oil injection to keep the seals happy. not at any point in its life has it ever been a 2 stroke motor. just because some people premix does not mean it is a 2 stroke. its called "piece of mind."
