I got pulled over for having the wrong colour bulbs in my driving lights. I've also been with someone else and gotten pulled over for having too much vinyl on the windshield. Cops can pull you over for just about anything, too dark window tint, too loud an exhaust... Ususally I get away with a warning. It all depends on where you are in Canada. I know in Toronto it can get pretty bad because the street racing scene there is out of hand. It seems every couple weeks some moron wrecks his car. Just stay within 20km/h of the speed limit and you shouldn't run into any trouble.
