well he's right about some things.. if you do a lot of turning over time, it will bleed itself (unless you have a leak somewhere, still shouldnt be too bad tho, a bit hard but not quite like you have none).
How bad is the power steering problem anyway? like you have NONE at ALL? very hard steering? did it just happen one day?
if you say you have no leaks, and you have the correct P/S fluid, you might wanna consider getting a new P/S PUMP + new belt (while your at it, p/s hoses too if you like).
BTW, P/S hoses rot INSIDE OUT, meaning if you see a slight leak on them, replace asap.
